When used properly that total gym will replace, and do a better job, than that weight machine next to you that your husband probably uses.
Just go SLOW and suddenly instead of building lean muscle, you build bulky primary muscle and will only be able to do 1/4 the reps you can going fast at the same resistance.

I own one of these machines. She didn't demonstrate anything or even display the equiptment . And, from the looks of her, I don't think that she's ever even used it , or any other workout equiptment, for THAT matter. She has NO definition, at all ! It was like getting sex advice from a nun. The guys are perving you (God knows why), & the women are laughing at you. Try ...., actually USING it, honey !
