  • damn mj's ball handling is so underrated

  • 3:26 Love it. What does Jordan do when he gets clobbered by Rick Mahorn? He blows a bubble from his gum on his way to sinking 2 free throws. Determined, yet totally carefree.

  • AMAZING! I think this is one of my favorite of Jordan games.

  • this is real dominance!! REAL!! on both ends of the floor,

people simply forget how amazing he was, thats why they come up with stupid comparisons. As far as I can see, only Michael Wilbon knows how superior to present players MJ was. Its just whole different level

  • Jordan's game is so far ahead of it's time, he should be driving around Chicago in a Silver DeLorian with a flux capacitor in it!! It's amazing that compared to MJ, even an all-time legend like Barkley looks like some chubby kid from the playground in this game!!

  • 2:38 .... smart smart defensive play wow thats just pure clever what a way to confuse not only the foward down low but also the passer....amazing

  • What no lay-up rule?

    Jordan showed em' up

  • Jordan is the most committed athlete I have ever seen! He takes professional to an absurd level!

  • James Brown is an absolutely horrendous play by play man. Jordan was making insane play after insane play and all I hear is a monotone voice. A performance like this deserves better.

  • ABSURD!

  • Its hard to believe all the players that have been compared to Jordan. Penny Hardaway, Kobe Bryant and Lebron James. Penny faced a 95 -96 Jordan and Kobe accept one game had a hard time outscoring an older Jordan. If Penny or Kobe had to face a 84 -92 MJ they both would have gotten destroyed. Its to bad anyone 22- 27 think Penny was at Jordans level and people 20 and under think Kobes at MJ level. These people are too young to see Air Jordan 84 -92.

  • jordan is so fast

  • amazing

  • man rocks

  • i would marry Jordan:))))

  • If I remember right Pippen missed the game because his father passed away. Just some info to pass along if people wanted to know why Pippen wasn't playing.

  • Amazing how Barkley was doubled and tripled this whole series..

  • One of MJ's greatest playoff series and most underrated 43 Pts 6.6 Rebs 7.4 Asts 3.4 Stls

  • If I remember right Pippen missed that game because his father passed away after game 3

  • look at that stat line for the game!!!! jeez. tell me MJ is not the greatest of all time! how people even utter Kobe's name in teh same breath as Jordan's is beyond belief! and this game is just another day in the office for him. Not even one of his memorable playoff performances.

  • Rare upload, I was wondering when someone will post this game, a very underrated Jordan performance!!

  • Jesus! This is a playoff game, a must win for the Sixers, and the second best player on the Bulls wasn't there... How can one player just jump to another level whenever he wants?

  • just a pure freak of nature ... unbelieveable defence DAYUM

  • On top of everything else he did, he held Barkeley....need i say it again Charles Barkely to under 8 points, no comparisons please

  • Don`t exagerate...they held Barkley to 8 pts in the last quarter because he was having a bad FT Shooting day (5-14). Barkley actually had 22 Pts, 12 Rbds, 6 Asts and 2 Blks..had a bad FT Shooting Day, was Doubled and Tripled for most parts of the game and was hammered every time he wen`t to the rim. Still god production on a bad Barkley game...

  • jordan's handle from 1:20 to 1:26 fuckin sick man. the guy by himself invented the modern dribble used by all the so called elite two guards today....and none of those motherfuckers mastered it like jordan did

  • @waffleirontmacsplat

agreed...the pioneer and complete and utter MASTER of the in/out dribble

  • the game has changed , basketball will never again see anything like micheal jordan

  • jaw dropping move at 1:25

  • Every possession, all I was doing....was in awe...wow!

MJ, I sure miss you....kobe or lebron is nowhere near....

IF MJ played like that now, WOW!!!!!

    WOW!!!!

  • The INFERIORNESS of Kobe & Lebron is incredible when compared to Air Jordan. MJ will man handle & literally kill today's NCAA version of NBA in no time. Today's NBA is a joke defensively & offensively. MJ will score 50+ every other game easily.

  • this is quickness people

  • great upload thanks man.

  • 45/6/11/3/3 in 1990 ECSF playoffs = 60/8/12/4/3 in 2009 ECSF playoffs easily

Imagine he played in today's defensively relaxed NBA playoff era, that stats would look like 60/8/12/4/3 easily the way he attacked the rim all nite long.

Media making a huge deal of Kobe's 61 & Lebron's 52 pts triple double in MSG against extremely weak & probably worse defense. Pre 1993 MJ attacked the rim all nite long every single game. add 15 free throws & this is easily 60 pts nite from today's standrd

  • I don't think Jordan would have scored 61 against todays Knicks team in the same situation. As soon as his team had a big lead he would leave the game and save his energy for upcoming nights. The only reason he scored 55 points in 1995 was a competitive Knicks team, it went down to the wire and the Bulls needed every single basket from MJ.

  • If Jordan had his teammates from the 72-10 team in todays era, he would probably play only 25-28 minutes per night because most games would be over in the third quarter. Most people argue about Jordan in todays NBA, but Pippen & some of the other guys would be better as well. The Bulls were smarter than any of the current top teams. By far.

  • this may seem an absurd statement but i say if pippen played in his prime today, on his own team, hed be putting up lebron type numbers. I truly believe pippen could put up mid 20 points and 8+ reb,8+ asts. Pippen sacrificed alot of his game stats playing in the triangle offense and with all that tallent. If lebron played in the mid 80's to late 90's i think hed still get the asts and rebs but his ppg would drop 5-10 points. pippen lost alot of his stats and he didnt mind it for the greater of

  • winning. Now this may seem even more absurd but if i had to choose between pippen or lebron in their prime im going to pick pippen. Pippen had more skill & athleticism. Put a prime pippen on lebron and lebron would have so much difficulty. Players stats always drop playing on championship teams because you have more quality players playing around you. But lebrons team isnt that great in terms of rebounding and pg play. So lebrons able to gobble up alot of the stats and because of the

  • Lebrons able to hide his offensive deficiencies under these rules and interpretations of the rules. So you cant use the argument lebrons a better offensive player than pip. Again look at the quality of lebrons teammates and that of pippens and the roles each played. Pippen didnt handle the ball as much or ask to rebound as much because of the quality and skill of paxon, jordan, grant, cartwright, rodman, kokoc, harper. those players gobbled up alot of the stats while lebrons doesnt have those type of

  • players and hes more involved in every area of the offense.

  • Pippen didn't have the same attitude as James. LeBron thinks he's the best in the world and everyone else is beneath him, even Kobe. He wouldn't say it in front of a camera, but he believes it without a doubt.

So the question is - would Pip be your go-to guy or a second banana? If I had a Jordan, I would choose Pippen without hesitation because he knew his place. If I needed a player like Jordan, with a similar mindset, I'd take LeBron.

  • agree.

a lot smarter i would say. they ran so smooth like no other team has ever done, not even the first 3 peat bulls.

he would definitely not be as athletic as he was from 84-93, but he simply doesnt need to be that way, as pippen and the rest of the bulls being so mature. it is truly sad that the so called good teams now are obviously a step (if not a few steps)below this old bulls.

  • you're missing the point here. with respect to today's knick lack of defense, MJ would've had 50 pts by halftime & probably 30-32 pts by end of 1st Quarter just because its MSG, MJs favorite hunting ground.

  • I understand what you're saying, but ask yourself this: wasn't the fact that Jordan had a worthy opponent in the Knicks crucial in terms of motivation? My point is Jordan wouldn't have the same urge to dominate at the Garden with a sorry-ass Knicks team. He would be on cruise control for the most part and finish with 25-30 points in 25 minutes. He'd still show the fans a bunch of highlights though, no doubt.

  • I see your point now. Point taken.

  • 11 assists to go with 45 points. That's rare. Also 3 blocks and 3 steals. He was not only active but truly dominating on both ends of the court.

  • well said. With Pippen out, MJ in this game was MJ + Pip. Phillys D was negated by MJ attacking the rim relentlessly. MJ guessed the desperate situation. Bulls up only 2-1 then Pip gets injured in ECSF, any other player (kobe, 'bron, wade) would make the series tied 2-2 easily. Not MJ, He sealed the series with 3-1 lead. Just shows you MJ's SUPERIORITY to today's wannabes specially in playoffs when it counts the most.

  • wow he was attacking the basket all night long.

  • rare game! goood upload

  • Philly's defense was questionable, but then again Jordan was so smart that he used every mismatch to his advantage. There isn't much you can do against that Jordan, in any era. Probably his most explosive playoffs... I know I would pray a lot if I had to guard that guy. Nice upload.

  • Most explosive playoffs

    1991,1992,1995

    more powerful,more explosive

  • I dunno, Jordanhair.

1995 is a bad example because he played only a handful of games before the playoffs, so he was fresher than the rest of the league. Jordan was stronger physically and also mentally in the 1991/92 playoffs, I'm not disputing that. What I meant was Jordan's lightning quickness in the 1990 playoffs.

  • Most explosive playoffs

    1986,1988,1989,1990,1991,1992,1993

    Most memorable playoffs

    1986

    Most challenging playoffs

    1989, 1990

    Most toughest playoffs

    1990, 1992,1993,1998

    Most forgotten playoffs

    1985, 1987

  • so true.

  • i think he was definitely way more explosive from 86-90 than he was in 95. there is no doubt about it.

the reason why people think he wasnt as explosive is because he didnt play as much game as he would in this 3 peats.

in my opinion he was damn fast from 87-92, probably peak at 90-91.

  • Praying is always an option. The sighting of Jordan is enough to make anyone a believer lol.

Furthermore you'd be applying the basic principle of the Jordan Rules according to John Salley and I quote: "Whenever he gets the ball pray very hard".

  • too quick

    too strong

    too smart

    thx 4 upload

  • Thanks

    Damn.... how fast was he?

He was zooming past people with ease.

  • GOAT

  • Gr8 upload of rare playoff game :-) Keep up the good work!
