I am grateful to see Alex make an appropriate response to bp's inappropriate lack of response. Containment should have been immediate and urgent. I hold the white house answerable to this first and foremost, seeing as they granted bp th go-ahead to drill at such a risky and unprecedented depth. Reported pressure readings at the deepwater horizon are between 75,000 - 100,000psi. Normal artesian oil reserve readings are 1,000 - 1,500. My heart goes out to the Gulf Coast States .
