  • You know what? Art songs are better than other types of songs, due to their ugliness and contrarian qualities. I love ugly music, especially homoerotic music like this. Even better, music like this has some beautiful moments that immediately degenerate into ugliness, continually betraying the hopes of the listener that something beautiful will ultimately result from the piece. Five stars.
