  • what would you reccomend in terms of just practicing punches (speed and ;power) the punching next to you or the bob?

  • OMG MAN WHEN YOU GO TO THE BODY KEEP YOUR HANDS UP. In a bout you would be put to sleep the SECOND you went in to the body. I know you are messing around but technique is crucial.

  • I want one funny how it just sought of bounces back and looks at you like that all you got good work

  • @Jinx11111 ye it is a lot of fun. It's something different. I used mine for 1 year straight but now I joined up to a gym I haven't used it once. And the proper bob xl isn't cheap

  • im having real fun time with bob at local gym i cant wait till i get one

  • Use more jabs, you seem to be starting with a jab and going straight into your combo, use a couple jabs THEN do your combo.

  • @ummbasso it's very durable but it's very expensive. I made use of it for 1 year and haven't punched it for 6 months now. So u have to way up ur options if ur gonna use it if u get it?

  • @THISISLolesh any one can tell when someone's about to throw punch but the hard pard is trying to dodge it.

  • @tinygangster666 sorry for the late reply. Ye the routine is the best for stamina cause it's only cardio. Start off doing it 3 times a week and in a month or two youll be able to do it 4 to 5 times a week and your body will shape out

  • I can tell when your about to throw a punch.

  • How durable is Bob does the skin rip easily.

  • @ummbasso It's pretty hard to tear him. I used to have one. My dog chewed the chin off but it took a lot of work. I used to beat him with nunchuks all the time and it never ripped.

  • @ummbasso Thanks for the reply mate, I wouldnt like to take on your dog though:)

  • Right after you finish your combos you're open for Left Uppercut- or just about anything to the body. Cover yourself while backing up, maybe a jab or two will help and move to the sides.

  • elbows tighter to body or your gunna get pounded in kidneys, and try a body shot once in awhile

  • @realdad32 Thanks champ!

Ive just posted a video of me fighting at a Tournament. let me know what you think.

  • @MrHUSTLERSQUAD ive always spared a fair bit.

Your right its always good to do different combos helps me get through there defence

  • @sostar5 thanks for the advice. ive changed to muay thai kickboxing instead of TKD and i can see the difference its a quicker learning progress because its very repetative

  • Nice vid :)

  • why do you repeat the same combo again and again?, you are too predictable, you need to mix it up, and spar with real life opponents, otherwise you will never realise your potential.

  • I've read in one of your comments you spar with kickboxers.

Learn the kicks from them, way and way more powerfull then that tae kwon-do showkicking.

And btw, before u're able to do those acrobatic kicks, you're more then a few years furthur.

    No offense

    Your boxing is powerfull.

  • @dahlahlinglah looked like your a real life warrior bro. keep up the good training peace.

  • @theMmacrazy ye I definetly would.

Start off with a 15 to 30min jog

then hit the punching bag for 3min then do 10 to 50 pushups and 25 to 50 Situps - Repeat this 3 x times.

I used this to get me in shape

  • @dahlahlinglah does that routine help with stamina?

  • @steeeeker thanks.

My kicks are terrible but I've got a Sensai in taekwondo to help me work on my kicks.

  • @chuloboxe boxing is about foot work to. U need to move around especially against ur bigger opponents that have stronger punches. Moving around (dancing) helps me dodge punches and find the oppening. I would know I spar great boxers and kick boxers. You fucking amatuer.

  • @savagervle ye your right. I put it that high because it helps me when I spar taller guys and u get more workout punching higher

  • The human punch bag is to high

  • @dogmaticusVSfilosoof if u have a proper century bob xl it wouldn't flip & i've got a heavy 6ft bag to improve my power. Bob xl is to improve your accuracy, speed and strike. I've hit bob xl with bigger punches and there's is no way in he'll anyone could knock bob xl over filled with sand

  • @dahlahlinglah u obviously need to meet mike tyson

  • i dont get why you all love those BOB things .

I tried em before , everytime i hit it it flips over even though the bottom is very heavy .

i just knock him over , thats why i bought myself a 300 pound heavybag instead .

  • @dogmaticusVSfilosoof You can put 270lbs of sand in the bottom, you must have not filled it up properly.

  • I got that same thing. I never used gloves and once broke my wrist...

  • @1elementskater1 It took me around an hour to fill That's because I didn't use any funnel And sand goes every where on the floor. To empty you'll probably need like 3 people to tip the sand out but I think u might risk breaking the plastic

  • ooh yeah, nice :)

  • u very welcome...;-)

  • @1elementskater1 it's filled with sand. Put 80 kilos of sand in it and if it still moves then add another 20 kilos. Just a warning once u do it will be hard to move from place to place.

  • @dahlahlinglah aightt, yea i've heard it takes like 2 hours to fill it, is it easy to empty if it has sand in it?

  • @deefix100 thanx champ

  • sup, is that water in the base or sand? im getting one in afew days so just wondering what to fill it with...

  • nice movement,good quick punches!!
