Nope neither can I (At least not post 1910), you wouldnt see the track for the all the Health and Safety experts ranged ten deep taking notes and dreaming up a hundred and twenty two reasons for not moving the train.
Just one obvious question? What is it the intended structure?
I suppose the box car at the end carries all the nuts and bolts.
@applecounty This way of transport has already been approved by Ministry of railway since 1960s, using special supporting tools on freight cars to deliver girders for new railway bridges. Each girder weighs 100 tonnes, and each set of car capable of 60t, so it's quite easy to move the train, and the train speed is limited under 15km/h.
