sharpies wud stay on vans if u were to seal it off with mod podge..... like 5 layers of mod podge. it wud even polish it. and since its not leather and its canvas shoes, the sharpie bleeds in so it wud last longer. but angleus paint is good to use also

you can pretty much use anything you want from what i know. just make sure they are covered with a finish. like putting scotch guard over the finished color.

@eurodancerqt777 I like using acrylic paints on them some people find it hard to get the different shades and stuff but if you start on paper it might work well. but Paint Pens kick ass. lol.
