nice fish buddy. its hard to come up with fish like that almost anywhere. i mean 2 pounders come and go but hawgs like that are hard to find and when you do find them you got to get them to hit. nice fish though. good job...
Great catch. I left a response of my personal best bass. I caught it on a golf course pond in michigan and it was 6 to 7 pounds and 21 and a half inches
hey i have a question and i need help i got this diawa bait casting reel and the line guide gets stuck on the right as soon as it goes to the right so my line gets bundeled up in one spot help please i ioled it befor an it still dose it
@j0j0barz33 Me and my buds have a good spot. He caught on about same size as yours. Funny thing is, it was on the smallest rod. Yet again it was an Ugly Stik. Anyways good vids. Keep it uo man!
Hey hows it goin, I just ordered a rod and it's great but one of the guides makes a funny clicking sound when I wiggle it back and forth barely, and I noticed a spot that looks like it could of used a bit of glue but didn't have any. If i put a drop of super glue in that spot to stop the guide from making the clicking sound will that work?
I know you hate to say how big the fish are on your shows because then everyone always thinks your wrong or lying but how many pounds was this fish. Looked six plus maybe more than seven
@MCthebassman I' not sure, shes thick all around nothing thin about her, I'm guessing 5ish close to maybe. It was a hell of a fish made up for the week fight.
that fish is right around seven pounds. maybe a little under maybe right at seven. Ive caught and weighed alot of seven pounders and thats what they look like. nice fish for northern illinois! im spoiled in Cali
you should make your own lures and stuff it is super fun and its even better when u catch stuff on the lures you made. i just tied a hair jig haha its just the small things...
Wow! Nice Bass jojo, lakes by you starting to FINALLY transition, here in Aurora, its hit or miss, some have, some have not, making fishing very unpredictable.
@j0j0barz33 yea i was thinking of hitting up some "summer" hot spots tomorrow, seen if there is any activity going on shallow, Do alot of the lakes by you have thredfin shad, or gizzard shads?
that seems to be the primary forage in most lakes in my area, ive been getting a few on Big swimbaits, and (white) swim jigs, and a few on 1 oz slow rolling #4 (black) single willow leaf spinner bait, using only a Berkley grass pig (blk/blu) as a trailer.

Any 6lb+ Northern LMB is not an easy task to get. Something like that is equivalent to a 8lb+ Southern LMB. Nice Job!
