The online software is still racked with issues after being out for years

I now own a MX-500 remote. Ony $65 and it never fails.

i bought this remote and the room to room adapter two weeks ago and i personally think its a piece of shit. about one third of the time it doesnt turn half of my stuff on or off and it freezes at least once a day. i am pretty good with electronics so i dont think its user error.i expected it to run silky smooth but somehow its now harder for me to run my setup then when i had my 7 remotes. you cant even switch from watching tv to watching dvd's without it shutting your whole system down !
