I could have told you that's not correct, i've seen other 'cheats' like that, but there is no way to play as Giga Bowser in Melee without a cheat device.

heres a quick lil helper, when you jump in an enemy use the DI sine or down b, it raises your bounce and also, for close combat, which i see your bad at without the c stick or a over simo's use down b on them, it send them back pretty far...

I think you just have to get to Bowser under a certain time, I can't quite remember the time though, something like 12 minutes, 15 minutes, somewhere in there.

You have to finish the whole thing (including Bowser) in 18 minutes on Normal or higher, and you can't continue. If Giga Bowser polishes the rest of your stock off, and you continue, I think you'll go back to Bowser, and no Giga.

Don't worry about tapping too hard I tend to as well. Hmm... You seem to like taking your time in Adventure stages (like Mushroom Kingdom 1). Anyway, good job.

I've realized, if you take your time in some stages like Mushroom Kingdom or Underground Maze, you seem to get significantly more damage points at the end and maybe extra bonuses, which overrides the time bonus lost. But, can't take too long or you miss Giga-Bowser.

Go to My Account then Channel Info then at the bottom of the Edit Channel Info page it should have Channel Type click Change Channel Type. Then choose one of the things.
