As well as the black outfit. Other than that, the blue and red costume was pretty accurate. This one is just a variation of the Scarlet Spider. Which didn't stick too long anyway. Can you say how it was different other than that?

I know Sam Raimi's movies weren't brilliant (Spidey 3 was definitely not good) but I enjoyed the first two, Spider-Man 2 being my favorite due to Alfred Molina as Doc Ock. I am excited to see this one because it seems to have a darker feel, closer to the original comic story even if it isn't an exact telling of the original story. People bash it too much because they are all biased, I say give it a chance.

It will be dark, intense, and it will be less whiny than the Raimi Spider-Man movies. The costume is awesome because it is something new and not just a remold of the original, ultimate, or raimi Spider-Man costume. They have high class actors for this movie who will make it enjoyable. Denis Leary being one of them.

This movie is being directed some guy who knows jack-shit about Spiderman and only directed one film in his life (I did research on him) where as Sam Raimi grew up loving and appreciating the character. The reboot is Sony's version with them doing whatever the hell they want with it. I love Spider-Man 1 & 2. Everyone has opinions, but I prefer Maguire and Sam Raimi.

@BigtimeDirector2005 Marc Webb is also a big Spidey fan and he knows a lot, and that is why he wanted to explore the Gwen Stacy saga. And think about this, Marc Webb must be really confident if he also wants to try and reboot it this early. He wound never do that with a bad script!

Topher Grace has said that Webb is much more talented than Raimi, and he has worked with both. If you like Raimi because he grew up loving Spider (like Webb also did), then know that Garfield is a huge fan of Spidey!
