Don't worry too much about AB Ripper - I've learned to embrace the workouts with diet to let everything come in place. The results are way way better without killing your core. The only reason why I hate Yoga X is because it's so time consuming. So, I kept it in my regime and play it out until the "Last Vinyasa" of the day. That's enough Yoga for anyone:} 54 minutes works better for me.

@01gt46 Yeah he is doing it now. He is keeping it on the down low though. He is actually doing a lot of workouts now. He is doing p90x to help keep his girl friend motivated. Today we are going to do wind sprints again. Then he has a pyramid bench routine then p90x chest and back. My family is doing good. My son took 3 steps today finally.

Aging isn't a solid thing related to time but rather the decay of body composition and replication.
Decay is caused by a bunch of things but mostly down to the processing of impure oxygen and food that digests improperly. Both are stored in fat.
That's why in studies of aging, starving rats calorie intake doubles their lifespan.
Sorry, I'm just into weird stuff like this. It's theoretically possible to live multiple lifespans with future health treatments.
