In my experience, training with high grades could be real hard work.... but after some time the skill rubs off and the results can be amazing, helping to raise the game of the junior grades ... theres a great deal to be learned from a steep learning curve...once around our own peer grades the difference can be staggering... work hard... learn from the experience of others and good result will follow.
