I love the way he starts very dramatically and 'waspish', then goes straight into a folk dance tune at 0:52. Almost as if he got bored halfway through :)

@WimGrundy Try the 30 day trial of sony vegas if you want to be more advanced, but for a simple mixture of video and audio, i would try windows movie maker or imovie, depending on if you are a mac user or windows user.
