I've known Rico for a while now. His dad was a great fighter and so is he. Rico only needs to train hard to become the next champ. He would have beat that guy in the UK back in 05' had he been in some serious shape.

Based on whose imagination is Diaconu "one of the hardest punchers on the planet?" He has a 60% KO rate against weak weak weak competition, and has failed to KO guys who were previously getting put to sleep at 168... He is garbage. He will remain as garbage. And he would get hoe-smacked by the likes of Woods, Johnson, Hopkins, Tarver, Calzaghe, and Dawson.

To the naked eye Adrian Diaconu might look basic.. This Romanian powerhouse has a solid foundation, very good timing, carries a heavy hand, these are all the things needed to make for an exciting fighter his next match with Chad Dawson should be thrilling.. Nice up Mick !

Adrian Diaconu fights nothing like the old days, neither does he fight anything similar to Rocky Marciano or Mike Tyson other than being a brawler. He's slow, flat footed, and telegraphs his punches. Dawson will be ducking, slipping, and countering everything Diaconu throws. He's just lucky he fought 24 bums.

You can't say anything about Dawson's chin because he has never been tested. Sure he has been knock down 3 times, but those were flash knockdowns. And Dawson didn't cancel the fight, it was Diaconu who canceled the fight because he had a injury on his right wrist. Trust me I wish the fight wasn't canceled, just so Dawson can get him out the way, but Diaconu will be Dawson next opponent and there will be no more excuses.
In may Dawson had back then the obligation to fight Diaconu, but instead he tried to avoid that fight because he wanted to fight Antonio Tarver,Stephane Larouche(trainer)had to go at the WBC to force him to fight Diaconu and Dawson finaly lost, then after he had is injury,Dawson tried again to avoid the rematch because he wanted to do another optionel fight and they went again to the WBC and Dawson lost another time.and By the way Adamek don't have two bricks in his glove like diaconu.
diaconnu's been patient, it's the first time i saw him give that quality of boxing, he never been bad, but now is better than ever and he probably score more ko now
