4 reversal in 1 level,i think there 2 reversals in 1 level,how this happened ???

Sounds like you're thinking of Ms. or Jr. Pac-Man. Pac-Man has more reversals per board.

@03214560480 When changing modes, the system can override the ghosts' normal behavior, forcing them to go the opposite way. Whenever this happens, it is a visual indicator of their behavior changing from one mode to another. Ghosts are forced to reverse direction by the system anytime the mode changes from: chase-to-scatter, chase-to-frightened, scatter-to-chase, and scatter-to-frightened. Ghosts do not reverse direction when changing back from frightened to chase or scatter modes.
