I don't know what episode this is, I've tried finding it because I wanted to vid it but I can't! It's the scene where Jenny returns home after she's divorced Rufus and she's crying and Dan, Rufus and Jenny have a big family hug and Jenny mumbles "I can't breathe" or something.

One of my favourite scenes for Chair though is 2x23 in the scene where Blair goes, "You tell everyone but me, why can't you tell me." and then later she leaves and Chuck tells Serena, "I love her but I can't make her happy."

I also love when Jenny cries on her dad's shoulder sometime in season 2... idk what episode it is though. I also really love the Dan/Blair conversation in 1x04 a lot. :D And the Dair moment at the end of 5x02 is SO epic - "what if I lose everything" - "you'll still have me". ;)
