intresting picking... i usually hold the pick diagonally when i do some fast strumming and keep my pick parallel to the strings when down picking and you do the exact opposite! always intresting to see other picking techniques! :)
Thanks for all the comments guys - I read every one of them, but don't get to reply on here often. Drop me a line on Facebook or Twitter w/ any questions or check my website for updates. Here's to a ROCKIN' 2011!!!
That was awesome man, thats a sweet guitar too. Your phrasing and melodies are sooooo awesome, i would really like to know your influences for this style of playing, i find it so fascinating and i would like to learn how to phrase like that. why have i not heard of you before?!
Also, I love that guitar, but it's so expensive haha I wish they would make their cheaper models in other shapes than they do, I would so love them if they did!
Although I never really got into Steinbergs, the whammy has an amazing concept. Id like to see something like this from Kahler. Besides that, your playing is stunning. Im late to the party since I only got to know about you a few hours ago but what a great find. Beautiful sound.
Does the little flip out piece that lets you play in the classical position come standard on the Steinberger? That thing is sweet! BTW nice time, and melodic direction change at the end. I have only seen this vid and your strings on fire vid, but both have been the most original and innovative solos I have heard in a long time.
ok..i listened to your electrical work..and i was blown away..sweept around the world..and then returned with my whole body melted and my mind forever in amazement...but when i seen your acoustic work...I WAS TAKEN TO ANOTHER DIMENSION...you gotta show the people here your acoustic side..it would be amazing
@arcainjust I know it's kind of crazy that I have zero acoustic presence on my YouTube channel right now, been a little carried away with electric lately, but will try to get some acoustic work up soon. Thanks! :D
@bryanaspey no i should be the one thanking champion you are undeniably amazing on both....*you ARE the artist after all you chose what you enjoy* peace and respect
Even though I have seen your videos numerous times Bryan I cant help but feel the need to come back and get inspiration every other day and so ! Thanks for all the inspiration and hope to see some new videos soon ! :D
How does the bridge handle country-style double stops? Is it more solid that other floating bridges for that purpose? And can you drop the E string without having to retune?
I love your sweeps, melodies, and trem work, everything you do, your phasing me of Tony Macalpine. Are you working on a electric album? This tune is killer =) So is everything you play btw
@burnedoutgolfer you've got a great ear for guitar music - I was actually listening to a lot of MacAlpine at this time! Thanks so much for your feedback, and yes I am working on putting some material together right now!
Really admire your great, precise playing man! Been following your vids ever since I saw the Shred This one. Watching this also makes me wanna go and buy the ZT3 instead of looking for a GM lol
Bryan, you are really getting into this electric guitar thing! Your tone is awesome. You have a melodic sense of composition that most people just don't have. Great feel. This and your 1st. place entry for shred are as good as it gets. Very cool.
@MatthewBearne both are awesome guitars; ZT3 adds the TransTrem, the leg rest, a great body shape and super light weight, the wood neck feels great too!
hey man! excellent playing! been thinking about getting one these very soon. ive heard that the trem is cheaply made. thoughts? is that true?

The guitar is a lot more ergonomic than I originally thought. It's a shame there's no piezo.
I always thought a combination of Parker guitars and the old steinbergers would make the ultimate electric guitar.
