Lastly, it looked just as big of a show as the Kardashian wedding no one cares about. He voiced his opinion without getting arrested. If he wasn't in uniform, he might've been. There's the respect the officers had for the marine. He shouldn't abuse the uniform like some cops abuse theirs. Feel free to disagree with me while being civil.

Also, the police did get people to move along. I'm not sure why people are saying Thomas achieved something. Sure, he got his word out and might've stopped something else from happening but the cops are there for order. "This is America"... does that suggest we should live free and with anarchy and no order? Thomas acts like he stands for everyone when a fellow soldier (on the police force) says, "I was there with you." They're doing their JOBS.

I'm going to get bashed for being open-minded, but I stand with the police officers. Everyone is against the police (not just NYPD) until there is a open shooter on the streets, then they bow down to the police force. I'm not talking about a shooter in the protest, rather in general. "Fuck the police" until you deem your life threatened, right? There would be no order if there was no government, no police, and no social classes.
