Sorry this is Dr. Treacy watching this conversation and I note the question of migration. There have been some instances of product migration to the upper layers like a small nodule. We have to treat each new nodule with respect almost like a possible cancer. Usually aspiration with a 18G needle can resolve the issue. Suspect patient nodules require ultrasound investigation. It does not migrate around the body staying largely within the mammary fold
It does look a lot easier than implants, less scarring etc. but how long does it last. Is there any chance of the filler migrating to other parts of the body?
An excellent procedure but viewing marred by this ridiculously loud music. Any chance of losing it ?

About 1 year before top up. I don't think we have ever seen much product migration to date.
