you want to use Montana or Belton spray paint is a lot better than any hardware store stuff you can buy and if you go online it cheaper too. Or monster colour if you live in the UK. And if you want a easier job painting use a "fat cap", they have a bigger spray area so you can cover more ground with less paint, thus stopping orange pealing and drips.

The reason the paint wasnt as bright as he had liked is because anytime you paint with a flourecent colour ,you must use a white base colour first .
