@cwickrocks i draw a bunch of different slides, step by step of a cat running, put those slides together in windows movie maker and repeat the frames very fast, and tada! =)

by the way how do you split the clips into pics. so when you film you break it into pics and draw oveer them, how do you do that?

@MagiqDust actually what I do is draw each picture at a time according to the next movement of the character or in this case, cat. lol! and then I put each picture (in order) in windows movie maker and subtract the amout of time each picture is shown which creates the animation. :)

I mean I was 16 when I made this, I've had quite some time of practicing xD, trust me you'll be just as good as me when you get to my age, maybe even better!! Just keep practicing realism!! Correct. It was the first cat run cycle video I viewed. And in conclusion, I was inspired to practice! I just started animating after watching your works (huge part of my inspiration to animate) and others' (well especially yours, ha ha). It helps to see videos of how run cycles go. I've never made an animation in which something actually moves on the screen until I began studying how to do it.
