It's been ages. I have used about 6 phones since the G1. Using the LG Optimus 2X now :D And of course, its rooted and running CM7

I just flashed the JACHero 2.3.5 version, and it runs pretty smooth so far. I only have a 1GB SD Card in the phone also. The only issue I have with it so far is changing my wallpapers. It takes MULTIPLE TRIES in order for it to change. And the home screen loading is ok so long as there aren't so many widgets running.

Hey! Which ROM did you use cuz yours looks pretty stable...?

I've been holding back on getting the Hero ROM cuz I hear they're all buggy. But now.... I can't wait any longer. =p

Incidentally, this was the very first ROM that was ported once the official Hero was out. It was pretty stable at first but without wifi working. Once wifi got working, everything came down to a crawl. Heard the new JacHero is mighty stable. Just waiting for my Class 6 8GB to arrive before I try it though.

Ya. I got a class 6 8 GB for this baby and I flashed the JACHero Rom. Works pretty awesomely, I must say... Buttery smooth. =p

Only problems I've really had with it is the insane amount of loading time when going to the home screen. That, and I can't get apps2sd to work anymore.

Got all this SD space and can't utilize it... Major bummer. =(
