I haven't been training it for over a year now. I just tried one now to see how long I could hold it and hit 34 secs again. I'm a bit surprised about that.. I didn't think my strength would still be there.
@bongobear43, Anyway, good job man. I can't of think of many exercises, if not any, more effective at utilizing the abs & hip flexors, than the L-sit.

Hahah... Well one way to do it is to try it on a chair or a bench. That way you can bend your legs. So you should still be in a sitting position, but only your hands are supporting you. Over time, start straightening your legs until they are parallel to the ground. Once your reach this level you should be able to to it on the floor.
@vincentr248 Struggled with that same problem. Just experiment with hand placements, probably you have to place them more forward, and start easy with a tucked sit. Good luck

Haha yeah, actually I play the guitar :D. It is my sister's bass amp. I borrowed it because I don't have a guitar amp and I wanted to see what my gat sounded like through it. It's not really working tho.. I play a bit of bass as well too.

i learned the frog stance today ,but this is still way to hard for me .

this has nothing to do with the length of your arm

Set 2 chairs or dumbells up. Get in between 2 cabinets or fences. The easier way to do this is to tuck one leg or both.
