I dont see what the big problem is. CPS is supposed to protect children. If children are being abused, they need to be removed from the home. CPS found out that I was recording all of our conversations and now they refuse to talk to me. But they insist on keeping their case open through the court system. I though that they were suppose to make weekly home visits. I have not seen my case worker since late June.

Furthermore, explain why the statitics show that children put into foster homes, by CPS, are 5 times more likely to suffer abuse at the hands of the people CPS put those children with.

yes and when they pull a surprise visit on you with false allegations and you are totally blind sided then you havent time for a camera. And the brow beating techniques that all these public departments use is disgusting and appaling. I know having been reported by a neighbour and blind sided at 1 seconds notice. The Government loves these programs. While the Government is married to their job they create these programs to unmarry families from their children. CPS is an investagatory arm of the courts. They could care less about Mothers and Fathers. Again, the Government is married to their job. Their primary objective is to take your children by order of their court. A "Ponzi Scheme" created by pedophiles.

my name is eleanor ..the hatefull cps worker is ms.k surner..in ky..cps took our kids ..just for reverting to islaam.this is against USA laws even.they are keeping our kids in faster care.and told to do domestic voilence classes and mental health evaluation.i havent abuse my kids in any way.i love my kids more than anything else.the reason they took is just reverting us to islaam.evendho we will never change.
