i really hope they do this thing that some one sed for the new mbp, put a very small ssd next to the hdd, so you can have all the +'s of the ssd speed, with the storage of the hdd, plus very cheap, about $20 of the ssd and wat? say $70 for the hdd? much beter than paying like $700 for an ssd

You can't see the keyboard in the reflection on screen, it's photoshopped, and the tablet doesn't have osx installed.

I can understand if you'd rather go for buttons (physical keyboard & mouse). We're very used to it and IMO it's more controllable & easier to be fixed by ourselves. However, Apple always makes its own mainstream. I'm sure that soon (1 or 2 years later), touch-based computing would dominate their products. But i'm quite sure that Apple wouldn't blindly dismiss the physical keyboards & mouse option (or maybe there would be a physical touch-BOARD which combine the functions of keyboard & mouse?).

they HAVE to spec up the mbp's. Because as it stands now, the stock macbook is actually better than the stock 13" macbook pro, but cheaper. main drawbacks however are lack of a memory card reader, firewire, or IR sensor.

tablet seems exciting but we already know the market for one doesn't exist, phones are getting 'smarter' so the space imbetween your laptop and phone is getting smaller all the time. Simply putting a fruit on the back wont create a space in the market unfortunately. BUT i am really hyped for iPhone 4.0 and new iphone hardware. I'm looking forward to the new MacBook Pros as I've been wanting one for a while now. I doubt we'll see an i7 version though, deffinatley and i5. More SSD options would be nice but they're so expensive. As fot the tablet, I really cannot see why I would need one. I'm looking forward to seeing what it does, but I won't be buying one.
