Your Valve setting is to close and thats why your popping out the intake- set at .004 -.006 int- exh and soak that carb in Simple Green for a few days reasymble and it will be fine!

JUNK CHINEESE SHIT MOTOR . I TOOK CARBERATOR BOWL OFF TO CLEAN IT WHEN I PUT IT BACK ON I OVERTIGHTENED IT NOW IT WILL NEED A NEW CARBERATOR. I WOULD LOVE TO MOUNT A SMALL COUPLE HP DIESEL MOTOR ON IT
