  • everyone is a poker pro on youtube.. boring.. Yes, all you guys have better knowledge of the game than phil ivey...

  • ivey is such a douche

  • Ivey was a total ass there. He was nerved that is why he stood up. It was a big hand...who can blame him for that?

  • At 0:52 Duffy looks like an idiot playing with his chips after he made the bet.

  • Ivey played bad, he needs to check that, anyone who thinks he plays good is an idiot, you need to ask yourself why is this guy calling my min raise on the turn, phil ivey is my favourite poker player but he screwed up. :

  • SIT YOUR ASS DOWN

  • awesome!

  • 7.45 - PIGS lol

  • he didnt have the nuts, like he said, kings wouldve beaten him. but tbh that was dumb behaviour by duffy

  • @Noctis411 and king jack

  • @fagress4262

Nice, No Problem I will hook you up my full tilt poker ID = sukadrum9479 =D

    And yeah

Full Tilt recently announced to their facebook fans that a new player should head on over to Full Tilts webpage, then make a account with the code SPECIALS.

I think its the best way if your a new player to start off.. They will double your 1st deposit plus multiple other important perks. Sucks but its limited to the first 2500 people that register usin this

  • lol ivey is sooooooooooo good. lol

  • Okay Gentlemen, the Champion's all in. Talk about arrogance.

  • this video is proof that hellmuth's poker brat is a controllable character. If anyone else slowrolled 10s full of 4s then he would go nuts. But a guy who's had a serious car wreck does it and he's fine. He's just marketting himself to keep his fame levels up.

  • 9:09......Phil listening to ABBA LMAO hahahah iunno that made me laugh

  • Anyone who thinks Ivey played that hand poorly is an idiot. I mean who is honestly going to put their opponent on jack 8 in that spot. Phil probably thought at best the guy had trips or maybe a king high flush draw. There is no reason for Phil to slow his betting down when he has one of the best hands in that position. If you want to go far in the main event, you have to make as many chips off your good hands as you can.

  • @slicky342

(i know your comment is two months old sorry)

but there were lots of hands that beat ivey

    jj,kk,kj,j8,j6,88,66

Day 1 i think they started with 20k, and ivey lost about 24k in that hand, he should have checked the river, especially after the guy called 9k raise on the turn, he knew he had something, i think it was too much to push all in after the river.

Dont get me wrong, ivey is my fav player

  • @slicky342 Ivey should have stop betting

  • @slicky342 king jack?

  • @slicky342 Duffy easily could have there 66, KJ, rarely KK. Those are hands that could be played in a way Duffy's played his hand. Ivey should to slow down on the river and check behind. He raises every street and Duffy called, so Duffy has to have Full-house or Trips with decent kicker(KJ). Duffy played his hand great way and Ivey is a victim of his own agression.

  • @mcRYSHER i love these $10 sit n go players that question phil iveys play , the other man actually played the hand well 2 check turn and river, youve just named 3 hands he could of had he could of had about 20 other 1s tht ivey beats, you simply have 2 bet the nut flush there 100% of the time , and obviously the best player in the world agrees its easy for you 2 question someones play when you can see there cards

  • @HellmuthOnTilt4 10$ SnG? No, man, that's too expensive for me. I'm playing NL2 but most of the time i just love to criticize some world-class players on Youtube.

So, are we finished with that?

You wrote: "simply have 2 bet the nut flush there 100% of the time" - with the paired board? Go, read some poker-books. Duffy raised flop and called Ivey's raise on the turn, so it means that he is not afraid about the flushy board. So, what Duffy could have? Trips? No way.

  • @mcRYSHER Also, one moment. On the river card Duffy checked. If Ivey would bet on the river, then average player would fold his trips of J. Especially, when it's about your tournament life. So, on the river Ivey turned his hand into a bluff. In this spot he'll get called only by full-house.

  • i sence hellmuth blow up loll

  • Phil Laak is awesome.

  • he was pissed the guy hesitated to call

  • Too fucking bad, they are playing for alot of money, he can take his time and stand when the fuck he wants lol.

  • well said, I thank you for interrupting my life to bring me back to this page and revisit this crucial moment in poker history. Your message was fucking spot on and yet it somehow made me laugh out loud. Cheers to you sir

  • Hey not a problem, you seemed to be having trouble about the concept so thought I would help ya out. I thanks for telling me how right it is, and I'm thrilled you got a laugh aswell outa it kiddo.

    Cheers to ye :D

  • jerry hired those fans. LOL

  • rofl! agreed

  • wow jerry yang is such an idiot. at first he walks around the casino and thinks people really want to shake his donkey hand and then he makes that stupid announce. come down you moron!

  • haha and i was thinkin to myself "Wouldn't it be funny if the 8 of spades comes on the river?" What do ya know....poor Ivey

  • "The champion is all in..." Delusions of grandeur...

  • i dont think hellmuth can moan about the 104 hand considering hellmuth raised 3 limpers with 6 5 and hit 2 piar... also he got lucky in that he got away cheaply from the hand

  • the reason that man stood up in the ivey hnd is because he is a faggot. he is probably a panicking shiverying fish who is delighted that hes got the nuts (on the turn) and so he knows hes won a pot (and no im not an ivey fan boy ) i wnder if his comment about kings was just bull shit or if he meant it? if it was bull shit then my comment above stands!

  • I respect Ivey but what a bs statement. I stood up because I wanted to stand up, what about it? I understand Ivey is flustered but geez man calm down a bit.

  • Laak is so hilarious!

  • Some of you guys are idiots. Ivey didn't get outplayed. Outplaying means, someone winning with an inferior hand because they can read someone like a book and sense his weakness. Ivey ran into cooler deck. That's all. It's an unlucky cold deck that's hard to lay down.

  • Oh, yeah, Ivey is never going to fold that against a random person. Cooler indeed :(

  • phil listening to ABBA lol gotta love it, how does norman come up with this constant gold?!

  • why the hell didn't Phil raise with AQ? That would have forced the guy with T4 offsuit to fold. Maybe he was trying to set up something but still...

  • he explained it after the hand, he limped in thinking some1 else would raise and then his big hand is disguised, this is a standard play from UTG

  • I know. I'm just saying It's still an unnecessary risk. I think it's better to raise instead of trying to trap and get trapped.

  • y u standin up for?

  • that guy who doubled up through ivey was a retard - standing up like he was going out - 'uhhh if u had uhhh kings u uhhhh had uhhhh me :0

  • it's true though

  • shut up and sit down yang. no one cares if 'the champ' is all in, they're watching the real pros

  • 3:16 "all right gentlemen the champion is allin" WTF? seems like he still thinks he deserved that title...jerk!

  • hahaha hellmuth is such a PUSSY!!!!!!!

  • Phil Ivey shows everyone he is not as cool as the poker industry painted him to be. That guy showed his cards and then stood up. Only a sore loser would take offense to that.

  • Phil Played that hand very bad. He should have not bet the river since he was only getting called by a better hand. I think he was frustrated by his own mistake and took it on the poor guy. The guy got up because he was excited to win a big pot.

  • he played it well, but was a dick about it afterwards.

  • ivey, what a prick, wouldnt have said that to a pro or chuck. scum

  • i love phil.. the man cracks me up lol

  • This should be called the Phil Episode.

    Phil Laak

    Phil Ivey

    Phil Hellmuth

  • guy had 10 full of 4's and says good hand man lol

  • hellmuth is the king of any no limit texas hold'em tourny

  • dick rider

  • so's ur dad.

  • whitty. im APPARENTLY gay and so is ur dad.. not the nicest of things to say.. but did get me laffing.

  • how else could he know, besides, if it were true, then that would be my dad's business anyway right? no sweat off my back.

  • nor mine :P

  • phil needs to shut the fuck up ... sore loser!!

  • come on hellmuth, SHUT THE FUCK! you only talk crap

  • LMAO "what is going on here" hahaah I love that line gotta say it again " what the hell is going on here....."

  • LOL I read back there somebody said hellmuth is so lucky hahaha thats why hes won the most braclets ever out of any player but he's just "lucky" hes not good at all.

  • Jerry Yang- "Okay gentlemen 'the champ' is all-in"

How insecure and insignificant do you have to be to say that out loud?

Jerry Yang- "Yes, 'the champ' survives.

Keep on kissing that picture of your family 'champ'.

  • They are right, if Hellmuth had Ace 2 in that hand and the other guy had 5 6 he would have blown up. I hate how he criticizes bad plays, but it's all good when he makes a bad play. WTF.

  • Technically, it's not a bad play.

He made a raise preflop, trying to pick up the blinds. Nothing against that.

He made a continuation bet with second pair. Nothing against that.

He checked to give up the hand. Nothing against that. (Other guy should have bet, but He bet his two pairs. Nothing against that.

I'm not saying he wouldn't be screaming (more at himself), but it wasn't a bad play.

  • The guy stood up cause he is excited..he just filled up against a pro...he stood cause hes excited thats all. Amateurs get excited and do wierd stuff...I dont see anything wrong with what he did. Phil was just cranky.

  • Shut up Jerry

  • lulz jerry yang thinks hes good

  • rofl

  • Ivey is a sooky little bitch.

Made a really bad read and it cut him real deep.

Best player in the world? Pigs arse!

  • how are you supposed to know he has a full house? and how would you lay down the nut flush

  • hellmuth is such a FUCKING ASSHOLE!!!! my god i hate him!!!

  • any1 else find jerry wang highly annoying?

  • yeah, and he's butt ugly too, just another lucky amatuer who thinks he can hang with the pros.

  • phil is one of the best! but should of checked thtere hes only gunna get ca;led by a winning hand! trip jacks is not calling so what is ....... j full

  • he would get called with trips with good kicker, with a lower flush

  • Phil was just sour he made a mistake. he didnt' take into account the possible Full HOuse. he thought he was playing a donkey there who had a K high flush.. he shoulda played it safe and he shouldve known that.

  • Which Phil are we talking about? There are three in this session, all pros at that.

  • watched it last night, really good

  • lmfao @ phil laak !!!

  • wow i hate that standup frustrating for phil

  • LOL outplayed ? are you kidding he just caught a bad hand at the wrong time. this is why women have no rights because they don't know what the fuck they are talking about.

  • you donk, did u see the guy checking ivey out on last 2 streets. And ivey and he letting ivey be the raiser, but then yeah, i get confused when he says he wasnt sure if his hand would win, but how the hand outplayed ivey got lured in.

  • he got outplayed till the guy said, you could have two kings, he was either giving a lame excuse for his behaviour or he did not outplay anybody he just got the best hand. neither option is good.

  • whats lame about the guys behaviour? He did not slow roll, maybe he was just nervous thats why he stood up, ivey was rediculous for talking like that, after he got a dick sticked in his ass

  • Ivey had to put him on trip J's henece the big bet on the flop, and I don't fault the amateur for his reaction, he's playing in the big one in a tourney that is much bigger stakes than he can emotionally handle, let alone playing next to the great Phil Ivey, the amateur was the one who was in fact all in and he didn't have the nuts like Phil stated

  • Ok Ivey is the man, but he got outplayed there, he shouldnt be like dont stand up, * we see things different* u got outplayed totally ivey.

  • Not outplayed...just outdecked imo
