I noticed when zooming or panning the video like freezes/stops for milliseconds as if the CPU cannot process it. Definitely it is not from the CPU. Do you know why is it?

maybe its the speed of the sd card - you need a sdhc type 6 according to the tz7 booklet.

I have a TZ7 also and with the program photofun studio hd edition i have uploaded a movie but my quality sucks!
