Great speech til it got into actual proposed subsidies, which clearly are not enough under this bill. Tbh it feels like a joke.

Sad cause I really liked the first part of the speech.

Result now is that someone else will propose another-similar bill but with more lavish approach, probably in 3 weeks time and Bingaman looses spotlight and is forgotten :(
