As Doug said, I tried to spend the night in 303 alone....but it was insanely active with shadow people, screams just like the one that was captured in this episode, and doors slamming. It was very clear that they do not want the living in their personal space more than the normal investigator time span and thats usually an hour or so.

As you are interviewing Brandon, I hear a very strange sounding male voice say "go away" at 6:10. I say the voice is strange because it is kinda grumbly sounding and like "he" barely has the strength to speak...like he is sick and just woke up. There is also a possible growl at 6:36. The scream you picked up on your recorder sounds like a young child yelling "please come back!"...this is great...off to watch pt.2!
