  • Roger Milford should live in shame for the rest of his life for the disgraceful decision in not sending Gascoigne off!

  • What I love is the deference the fans had for him. Even when he was punching their lights out, they didn't reply!

  • Gascoigne was always a moron.

  • Top man - utmost respect for him. Cloughie YNWA.

  • Brian Clough RIP, 70`s Legend forever remembered.And I`m a Man u fan.

  • I miss Brian. RIP.

  • What a man. Managers and pundits all seem so dull these days. Found myself welling up at the end.

  • What a sad moment, does anyone have that final interview??

  • Alcohol can destroy the biggest men. Such a shame.

  • The clip on 2:54 is that the League Cup semi at Spurs where Cloughie was purple and shaking?

  • Very fitting that Brian's heartstopping final interview was conducted by a true pro like Barry Davies...a man with a truly great sense of occasion and far better than the cretins who pander to the whims of footballers in post match interviews these days. I remember crying me eyes out at the time and this clip still brings a tear to me eye now. Football isn't half the game it was without Cloughie. Thanks for posting this.

  • simply a legend, rip cloughie

  • Go play with your cock kid!

  • how cany you say that after what he did for derby?! you're a fucking sheep shagging cunt!

    NFFC 4 LIFE!

  • what is he saying in the end to the journalist? and is that little kid his grandson

  • 'Could you excuse me and thank you for asking me to be interviewed'- and I'll go back to Barbara (wife) and me grandchildren'

Interviewer 'Its been a pleasure knowing you sir.'

Clough full of emotion cant sayx a word just 'ahhh' shakes his hand and walks to his grandson to get a cuddle

  • this documentary is great, ive got loads more dvd's of cloughie..absolute Gold.

  • Don't you dare criticise Des Walker! He was one of the greatest defenders ever! I love Clough but he had his own deamons! Des is a Notttingham lad and gave his all for Forest! Think about that before you open your fat gob again! Never blamed Des for the FA cup loss! I blame the ref Roger Milford (the smiling bastard) who didn't have the courage to send Gascoigne off!

  • And yes I was at that cup final! Were you?

  • Piss off! Gasgoine should have been given a straight red that day! Roger Milford (the ref) didn't have the balls to send him off! Walker is a loyal hero of Forest!

  • @wembley05 You are right mate. Gascoigne got away with so much because of his reputation. A dirty player who did not need to play like that. Clough was a great man and we all miss him no matter where you come from in the UK.

  • A one off a genius god bless Brian hes probably up their telling God what to do

  • Ex Celtic manager David Hay said that this film about Clough was nothing like him. It's like a characiture and blows up any negativity about the man.

To take a club like Forest, win promotion then win the 1st division is absolutely fantastic but to win the Big Cup? Well, fairy tales come true. He made ordinary players into brilliant players then legends. Only the very best could've done what Brian Clough did.

    He was the very best.

  • " First the man takes the drink.........then the drink takes the man"...R.I.P. Brian.

  • i met him once and he called me "yoong man"

    it was a great moment..RIP

  • I was after a ticket to NFFC v Man Utd in the sixth round of the FA Cup many years ago! I got my ticket for 3 pounds fifty but then Cloughie appeared! He scared the life out of me! I stood up as if on attention! He looked me up and down and walked on! To this day I will never forget that! He was and is a great man! LOVE TO YOU BRIAN!

  • Gascoigne was a real, uneducated thug with a very simple mind who was also an egotistical bully.

He was also a good footballer.

  • the only character close to gazza and cloughy in the modern game is mourinho, and he got pushed away coz of that silly chelsea chairman.

  • Gazza probably had a hangover....getting injured or not he still would have messed his life up. As for clough....well as the video said tactics came more into play and slightly left him behind.... but he was a great, and didnt take any messing such as goes on in todays game.

  • Gascoigne was a stupid cunt. I am glad that Karma got him.

  • Try to keep a tear away at that ending.

Nowt to do with football and all about humanity.

  • Brian is a true legend not only in English football but football across the globe, he will live in our memories forever,,,,,

  • He was the greatest, every supporter in the land must have wished that Brian could manage their club.

    R.I.P. big 'ed.

  • ' I was only shooting rabbits with it... I should of fucking shot him.'

Not only one of the finest football managers to grace the English game. But also one with a razor sharp wit and mind. The likes of which will never be seen again.

    RIP Cloughie.

  • Its Tragic to see how he was at the end Totally broken

  • In hindsight I bet Gazza wished he had been sent off as that injury started his downfall

  • What a character, never again will there be anyone like him.

    NFFC

  • Why the fuck wasn't Gazza sent off? Oh well he got his just deserts with his knee injury.

  • There will never be a sadder day when Brian Clough left football. Even though he hated revie and leeds, he is the most successful english manager this country will possibly ever see in my opinion. Wonderfull character and agree that it was a tear jerking moment at the end. R.I.P Brain Clough

  • thank you Brian

  • Two absolutely disgusting challenges from Gascoigne in that clip. Both should have been red.

Very moving that bit at the end, shows how special Brian was.

    D.C.F.C. til I die.

  • reminds me of my dad...drink did the same to him...

  • interviews by people who weren't fit to tie his boot laces

  • good to see him in tears over leaving forest god bless him. Not only a great manager but a great man as you can tell from 4:33 and onwards.

  • 4:33 tearjerking you are missed by evryone Brian R.I.P

  • should have shot him Cloughy R.I.P FOREST TIL I DIE

  • such a warm and proud man and so honest with it,they broke the mould when they made him

  • Ah, Clough's reaction talking to the interviewer's heart-rending. Great man

  • Ive never seen a man so broken .

    bloody sad!

  • holy hell! gazza should've been sent off twice!

  • Thats upsetting. Drink. God damn DRINK!

  • i enjoy this but i wish is was just parts instead of separting it by sections into seperate parts
