Look to see if the casting your crank shaft comes out of, has a oiler hole on the bottom. My Tiger, the crank is mounted on top, and has a oiler hole for the crank shaft., in the upright position for oiling. My budy has one mounted like yours (on bottom). I believe on the two, either the factory or someone, taken them apart and not re assembled them correctly.
just got one off ebay, it produces a good amount of air, but the seller sold the stand seperate and that was agravating seeing how my dad won the bid on the blower but lost on the stand...
