good job. although you didn't really do a health joker impression instead you kinda created the joker in your own way, but it works amazingly.

by the way the makeup is like disturbing and funny at the same time, which also works very well for the joker. Nice costume too.

Yeah, I kindda want to create my own Joker. This is probably not a good idea to call it "impression", but a little acting demo reel. I tried to learn Heath Ledger's acting skill and carried out in my own way. Thanks for the comments.

I did not mean to offend, just a statement. If you want, I suggest you make a better one, with the make up, but here's a tip - Use more white for the face and the hair is too crazy. Work on your accent and you'd be the best Joker I've seen...so far.
