@MultiModder123 when u see people drive this car, it's most of the time because you haven't downloaded the car. If you want to drive the car, you need to download the free RS4/Skyline pack and delete it again (I think that's how, and it only works for PC)

Actually themodel for that secret car is the model people see if you have a dlc car and they dont have the dlc. For example person a has a ruf, then person B has no dlc, so if he see's person A, that car will appear as that orange car. At least I think that's what it is.
