because yudu is a piece of shit that is only meant for naive crafters. all the problems that come from yudu are caused BY YUDU. It is aimed at craft moms and those who cannot think too far.
I build and sell Sp equipment. I would never offer a thing to anybody if I had only the marketeers approach to SP that Yudu takes for profits...at YOUR expense. I would be ashamed to provide what they provide and call it 'screen printing equipment'. Take any element of the Yudu(screen, squeegee, platen...etc)and they have dropped the ball at EVERY step! I wish you were at my house right now, I would be very happy to show you how to do it faster; cheaper , with better results and more FUN.
@Edmund2151 He's saying that the standard yudu mesh is 110 and that's not fine enough for anything design that isn't like... a square block or something. Example: lines and words will not come out well.
@Edmund2151 - it's simple, the yudu screens arent like the screen hes talking about. the one he has is used more commonly then the yudu screen they made. the more lines in the mesh the better the print..
@RANDOMCODCLIPS215 yudu has the crappiest(too looose and too small)screens in the sp market and they cost much more than the TRUE; correctly made and larger pro screen! Yudu proves just how much and how long some crazy crafters are willing to take it up the a**. I almost want to say they deserve the troubles they get.
@saltfan2 Screen manufacturers make white and yellow mesh screens. typically, white mesh is the coarse mesh like 110 count, and yellow mesh like 158 or higher Usually you see yellow screens are used cause they refract less light as they are exposed on the light box, this helps to keep a good clean image burn
Yellow mesh stops the Light from shining threw the mesh and distorting a detailed image. white mesh is mostly used for lower mesh counts like a 110 mesh, because there wouldn't be any really high detail on a 110 mesh, so it doesn't matter if a little bit of carrys threw the fibers left to right.
Its like a fiber optics lamp, but with silk screening you dont want light to carry threw your fiber.
