Here's an idea:

Run at start: 1) Scavenger 2) Hardline 3) Steady Aim THEN SPECIALIST = 1) SoH (after 1 kill) so on...That way you start off with max ammo and once you've killed just ONE person and you need to reload, you have SoH.

I know what you mean about the constant UAVs. Seriously 10 seconds into the start of the match the enemies call in a UAV, and I roll with the stinger on the class I was using, so I took it down. Then another UAV was called in 2 seconds later. I shot it down. Hen another literally 2 seconds later. I was out of stinger and switched from anti air class and gave up. I seriously thought the announcer was glitching with all the UAVs, CUAVs, and AUAVs being called in
