There is no "slums" in russia. Some city areas looks not to cool (dirty... like detroit, yeah) but looks ok compare to favelas in brazil or slums in india. There is just "high crime rate" districts like bronx or detroit (or paris "black" blocks), its dangerous for to get robbed at night, but normal peoples even do not think to visit them at night, especially on foot (100% probability of saing "bye, bye" to iPhone and pocket if u dont want to visit dantist next day).

But our governement, is going into the ground. Obama is destorying our way of life and others are blind to see it. The men in office were once great, and protected our people. But now they are corrupt and only care for themselves.
