  • Cette chanson vient me chercher et me fait partir dans un monde ou le temps est arrêté que pour deux être qui s'aime passionnément. Merci mon prince xxx

  • One of the best songs of all times!

  • my favorite bee gees songs are this one and nights on broadway.

  • Funny!

  • The Bee Gees rock!!!! also you dont have to but anyone who wants to... please suscribe to me.

  • Be tender with my fanny.

  • The Bee Gees are true icons, the gods of music, their music will live forever!

  • I LOVE this song

  • Bee Gees wonderful long run,yet its seemed like one brief shinning moment!

  • simply beautiful

  • Beautiful! I love this voice and this man ... Here in Brazil has no man like him ...

  • Really some comments made me cry. Thank you bee gees.

  • Tender, vulnerable, and masculine. Swoon!

  • Proof that the Brothers Gibb were much more than Saturday Night Fever. "Main Course" was a terrific album.

  • Amazing...this song is too much beautiful...be tender with my love you know how easy it is to hurt me

  • Of the more than 30 hits the Bee Gees have made '67 to '97 I consider this one to be THE BEST.

  • I couldn't agree more. A beautiful ballad from a great album.

  • Kids today just dont realize what they missed growing up in a music world without the Bee Gees in the top 10.

  • fifteen years old, and loven them all the same :)

  • Bless you!

  • They produced so many fantastic songs throughout the 70's, that it seems this song gem sometimes plays second fiddle to many of their other hits. To me it's one of their very best. The vocal range and harmony of the group is top notch and as good as it ever was, and what a killer bass!! ~Gods Blessings~

  • One of their best songs ever. I never understood this was never performed live, I know they couldn't get all the layered effects, but they would have done it great live.

  • i feel the same too. i totally wish i could see live videos of them performing this song. the other one would be Love You Inside Out.

  • The BEST song of all time :))

  • Beautiful video I have always loved this song. Great performance thanks for posting. And thanks AGShadowdancer for sending to me.

  • My first memory of music! Wow thanks to AGShadowdancer for sending this!!

  • I know that I'm dating myself, but I fell in love with them when they first came to America--they ARE and will ALWAYS be the BEST SONGWRITERS!!! I wasn't thrilled with the disco stuff, but I was lucky enough to see them in concert, and also got to see Andy when he played for the first time in NY (The Other End). Great band!

  • memories of high school, long hot summer days, midnite swims, dancing all nite in the clubs, hearing this song really takes me there, wonderful sweet harmony, thank you!

  • It is a insult to say Barry looks like Billy Ray Cyrus, when the Brother's Gibb were in and the other was nothing and still is a Country nothing, this is such a beautiful song and I love it that Maurice was in a lot more shots than usual, I was 13 when i heard this tune on the truck radio, and still enjoy it this many years later, thanks for the memories.

  • This song has the most amazing bass-line I've ever heard.

  • :)

    Rock On ConservativeAnthem!

  • You know it's true!

The harmony on the song is also sublime, but the little bit of xylophone is also quite nice! But the bass-line carries the day. ;)

  • That and the key changes. The great songs all seem to have at least one.

  • When I was a kid it wasn't cool to like the Bee Gees but these guys are incredibly talented and have made great music for years upon years.

  • Barry looks alot like Billy ray Cyrus.

  • LoL, he indeed does. Barry's just a zillion times more talented

  • I agree, seems like yesterday. I was 15 starting High School, digging this on the radio, along with Eagles 'One a these nights'.

  • Love the Bee Gees...the days when music was relaxing and reflective...

Today's music will definitely give one

    Night Fever!!!

Pardon the pun couildn't help it :-)

  • Robin looks bored! An underrated song in my opinon!

  • great music.bee gees we are miss you.1975 76 77 78 and 79.today the music is not the same.poor artist,no melody.i always tell my friends and my daugters thoses moments never back again.

  • beautiful song,my fav.love u forever bee gees!!!!!

  • Ahhh The Bee Gees:) Wonderful song! They were amazing and still are. Hey Andy Gibb was great too. They all made such a GREAT team. TY I like So many of their songs. I dance around the house singing Staying Alive......:) Remember Saturday Night Fever?

  • "...be tender with my love...." Imagine, "tender" and "love" in the same lyrics. Not found much in today's music...or, as Don Henley said: "how can love survive in such a graceless age?" I'm afraid that most of our best music is behind us. Somebody please prove me wrong.

  • You're right, unfortunately. For some reason the artists of the 60's and 70's had something that no longer exists. Was it greatness? Innocence? I don't know. I know there's great bands and musicians out there now, but they come and go and you don't even get acquainted with them, do you?

By the way, this song is a such a rare, beautiful mix of sweetness and power... Thanks

  • Fanny is by no means the BeeGees biggest or best-loved song, but the quality of the performance and production of this gem is a powerful indication of the wealth of their work.

Awesome. This kind of talent and songwriting has all but disappeared in today's "music". It's all about a quick buck and excellence has suffered because of it.

  • AWESOME!..Thanks for this post..I listen to this on a daily!!!!

  • These guys are absolutely spectacular, the most incredible voices all in harmony with each other, and they all have powerful voices in their own right. Their combo is a once in a lifetime occurance. And this song, Fanny, wow, it was made for them, and in my opinion this single hit defines the Bee Gees sound, although many of their others songs are just a great. I will always love the Bee Gees. Happy to be here on earth when they came along!

  • fanny-the song that gave barry the idea to sing falsetto.

  • That was Nights On Broadway, he recorded this in the same week straight after.;)

  • Theres nothing left to be said about how brilliant these guys were, except...

Miss you so much Mo and Andy

  • The Beegees were just incredible... and Barry Gibb was SO VERY hot!!! The seventies just wouldn't have been the same without these guys.

  • I agree. Though chest hair and beard isn't cool anymore, I still think Barry is really hot. And I'm a straight guy.

  • Chest hair is always nice...

  • awesome performance

    awesome band

    the Brothers Gibb forever!

  • Another timeless classic from the 70's,

    Outstanding!

  • Such a long string of hits for these talented singers/songwriters back in the 70's. Thanks much for posting this video!

  • I absolutely love this song. thanks to my mom, lol

  • One of my all time favourite songs - great post!

  • They can all sing falsetto, alto and bass, how awesum!!! The Bee Gees...no other harmony like them in the history of music, Journey comes close tho, just my opinion folks. Just blows me away...Night Course, the best album/cd ever.

  • like a nice fanny

  • Thank God for these brothers, they are as good as there's ever been. Complete, absolute brilliance!

  • Genius...Pure Genius!!!! The lyrics, harmonies, and melodies work so perfectly that it's sick!!!

  • In a 2001 documentary DVD, Maurice talked of this song and how there are several points in it where they meshed Barry and Robin's voices...a little of one mixed with a little of the other...making it sound like just one voice...thus the magic of their vocals.

  • When they sing in harmony, it is sheer perfection. As great as the Beach Boys were, there is something more emotional achieved when the Bee Gees sing in harmony. As you say, it's magic.

  • Mickey62

Your right as rain !!! this was one of the best songs they wrote outside of How deep is your love for the Saturday Night Fever Soundtrack.

  • I never understood back then why this song didn't get as much airplay as Jive Talkin' and Nights on Broadway. To me, it was the best song on that album.

  • Fantastic!! They were SO clever! And the songs so brilliantly orchestrated. The Bee Gees songs transport you back to the 70s in seconds....if and only eh???!!! (I'm 44 this week....:-( !!)

  • This reminds me of the late Summer of 1975. We were fixing to start back to school,my junior year. I turned 16 that Dec. I loved it then and still do these 33 years later.

  • This song is awesome, I've loved this song since I first heard it at age 12, in 1976. Perfect lead vocals bounce between Barry and Robin seamlessly and quickly intertwines a perfect 3 part harmony in chorus. Love this video. Thanks for sharing.

  • Oh my...brings back very good memories. I very muchly remember this song. Those gentlemen have always been very talented. The wonderful, rather tight harmonies, good melody lines. Always a pleasure to listen to.

God Bless these gentlemen; god bless Maurice you truly are missed.

  • my favorite...always makes me think of my favorite person...

  • one of the best produced songs evaaa!!
