hmm I'm kind of confused. How scientists claim that humans are the "dominant" species, yet we take 18 months to walk, when most animals are up and walking within 10 minutes of being born. so scientists say we're dominant. Dominant in WHAT?

Apparently if the baby doesn't get up within certain amount of minutes, the mother giraffe would disown the baby.

@thefunnyguyx3 . . . u may knw by now but ill tell u anyways . . . the fall actually helps the baby . . its gets it breathing and kind of like "awakens it" but the 6-7ft fall helps it to start breathing . . . if the mother was to lay down she would crush and kill the baby . . so the mothers HAVE to have the baby standing up . . its a weird way to get it to start moving and breathing but it works ^_^
