Also, I think it should be noted that in this sense, by "worse" I meant "more dangerous" and "harder to deal with," not that I thought that the robot masters were more impressive than the mavericks (for even from an in-game standpoint, the mavericks could completely devastate the RMs with little effort).

@Sparx1 I'd have to disagree with you there. X is clearly shown as weaker then Mega Man, which is why he needs his power boosts. And multiple Robot Mastes have been made to solely kill Megaman, and have the power to stop time or throw saw blades.

I want to try out a classic MegaMan X game. I like the classic version, and the SNES MMX games don't seem worse. There was MMX2 at a local game store, but it cost too much. Well, at least that means it's good. :P

In my opinion, X2 is definitely the strongest installment of the X series. And actually my favorite Mega Man game, period.

I don't know what they were asking, but I paid 40$ for mine without the box, back in 04 and to be honest I'd easily have paid twice that. Esspecially when you consider the abominations that people pay 60$ plus for these days.

He's significantly more advanced than the original Mega Man, mostly because he's the first robot that can actually think for himself and not have to strictly obey programming.
