I was iffy on it when I fist started watching it/listening to it, but it grew on me. Overall, it's not bad. There were a couple of things in the cover that weren't quite my cup of tea, but it's an interesting version of the song with some good merits. Not my favorite cove and I still prefer the original, but this one's pretty fun and has its charms. I think the first minute or so is the weakest, but can't quite put on my finger on why. I think the second and third verses were stronger, though.

I like the concept, that much I'll say. However: 1 although autotune is meant to help hit notes, at a few points the autotune *really* knocked you off pitch 2 the strange vibrato effect the autotune gave you also detracted from the song and 3 the "solo" parts (the parts without the backing beat/rhythm) were, I felt, in the wrong places.

That said, good job.

But, if you have ANY knowledge of how that software functions, you would hear right off the bat he is using it incorrectly. Again, it wasn't set to the key signature (which is a musical term) OF THE SONG. Which means it is correcting to notes which are NOT in the scale of the key signature of the song. This is why all the vocal skips sound terrible.
