How can anyone watch this and not get that it is a spoof and the bad acting is intentional unless they are exceptionly dense.

It's a spoof music video off a comedy show that takes the piss, I'm sick of reading dick heads comments who do not have the common sense to even realise, it's all spoof, the acting is meant to be wooden, the editing is suppose to be fucked up. It's all part of the joke. Fuckin losers.

This is the bit I what to see! Amazingly realised 80's designer angst, one hit wonder stuff. Ah, the loneliness, and weight of unrequented love in that unlovable decade. Feel the ardour as the ex-miner from Doncater (John Parr-St Elmo's Fire) emerges as a fully formed star with cinematic MTV blockbuister video, prowling palm lined marinas after dark, reflecting on what can never be.
