I use to want to go back to being a young kid again. But once I saw the importance of being an adult, i changed. Not that i didn't like being a kid, but because i want to use all the things i learned as a child while i am an adult. Im exited about being 80 one day. Why is it that this song, particularly the end, creates such a painful nostalgia? You listen to it or watch the film when you're at a certain age, and you realise that the golden world of childhood adventure is nearly faded, the age when you could spend all day exploring in a forest without worrying about exams, revision, university...that world will be over, and you will never be able to truly relive it ever again. And yet I still listen, because as sad as it feels it is good to yearn... :(

I remember reading this book back when I was in elementary school. I came across it and it was absolutely amazing. When I heard their was a movie coming out I was afraid that they were just going to absolutely butcher it. Suprisingly though, it did the book justice. I'd lie if I said it didn't make me cry, much thanks to Katherine Paterson for writing such an enchanting novel. The legend of Bridge to Terebithia is one that will always be in my and many childrens hearts.

It doesnt matter how many times I watch the movie, I ALWAYS start crying when Leslie dies, and when Jesse starts comming around to the fact she is actually gone. This is one movie I always highly recomend, becouse it is such a heartwarming story. The book inspired me to create with my mind wide open, and the 2007 movie version captured the heart and the warmth of the book completely.

This is definately a movie I will show my future kids and grandkids

Zigman got burned by Disney.

His score for this film should have been released on CD.

Can't tell you how p.o.'d I was when I bought it only to find they left out everything he'd done.

He's a master. He's in the great tradition of Mancini, Goldsmith, Elmer Bernstein et al.....

This score was worthy of an Academy Award nomination.
