As a tourist coming to DC, this video showed me nothing about the Circulator. It was an absolute waste of my time. From my reading I hear/see the Circulator has a different way of notifying the driver of disembarking. I also expected to see something reflecting how the Circulator serves areas the Metro does not generally serve.
This video was a total waste of my time. I'm glad it was only 30 seconds.
