Yes, this song came out independently in the UK in 1996. This was when Daft Punk was just starting out, before they signed with Virgin. The second part ended up being used for their Homework album.

No, Indo Silver Club(as you can read in the booklet of 'Homework') was released on Soma Label. ISC has got 2 parts when it was released on a 12' Vynil on Soma

No it samples. It's the same song by Karen Young sampled in ISC part 2 but this one twists it a lot more.
