Sims 1 did have the best music out of all the sims music in building modes. I can play sims 1 all day and listen to this while building and not get annoyed and still listen to it on my ipod later and still like it. In sims 2 I cant stand it after a while of listening to the music in there. I start to think of my other music and can't possiblely listen to it after playing the game.

I love the Sims! I used to play it 24/7 from when it came out to when the Sims 2 came out! I wish they re-orchestrated the music for the Sims 3! These were good memories.

Yeah, an MP3 is on your system (as long as you've still got the Sims on your computer).

Go onto your hard disk, into programme files, into Maxis, the Sims and then it's hovering in one of the sub folders.

Very good. I'd have to say the The Sims had the best music, but the music in The Sims 3 is very reminiscent of the original, so a two thumbs up to Maxis for that. I'm glad they scrapped the terrible music from The Sims 2. I'm looking forward to more of this fresh music in upcoming expansions.

Agree with you completely on Sims 2. I don't if my game had a bug or something, but the "songs" kept playing in the menus though I turned them off. Had to mute the sounds completely when building and buying. :) Thanks for posting these great tunes, lots of great memories related to these songs. :)
