it's an add skill on 1 of yuri's swords (i can't remember which one sorry)

the skill was "hit plus" or something and i think the sword was highlander or something. i believe it's found in a chest

Get a compact sword from Zaphias and synth it to a Compact sword +1. it has half damage, quarter damage and minimum damage on it
