Just search for GTA:SA skin changer . Install it, put the cloud's model files in it and change your player into cloud :D.

In the game , the dance isn't suppose to be done with a weapon :b. It's normally done with the character's hand's free.

So i don't think it's the creator's of the game responsibility for having cloud cutting himself xD.

And no, the character doens't do that all the time, it's a mod I have put into the game.
