Kelliefish, my family and I just returned from Derry ( we live in the US).  Our Pastor Fr. Paddy (A Derry man) told us that Eamonn was killed by the Brits when they Dragged him ( still alive ) behind one of thier armored cars. Yet in the Song in this vid. it says he was shot through the head? Can you clarify? many thanx and TAL !

@catholicrik Hi there hope youre all well.Eamonn was killed in a gunbattle with brits who were trying to enter the Creggan Estate on 18th august 1971.Cregga nwas a No-Go area at the time.Eamonn was killed outright.However a year later during'' Operation Motorman''another young IRA volunteer,Seamus Bradley who was unarmed ,was shot,wounded and taken away by the brits,tortured and allowed to bleed to death.31st July 1972.

@kelliefish2 thanx for your responce. I looked at our picts. from the republican cemetary in Derry city. It was Eamonn Bradley who was draged by the Brittish Army to his death. This happened on Aug. 25, 1982.

@catholicrik He may have confused this with the killing of vol.seamus bradley 31st july 1972.during ''operation motorman''. check for details in my 2nd battalion derry brigade video.
